Pros

Excellent HR organization with a heavy focus on diversity and work / life balance. Good company culture and good travel discounts.

Cons

I can't think of any improvement opportunities material enough to include in this review. Overall my experience at Wyndham was excellent, and I enjoyed my time there.

Advice to Management

Keep your focus on work / life balance, considering the employee, and rewarding performance.

    Pros

Strong brands, resources and global footprint. Good onboarding and beautiful offices.

    Cons

Commuter campus, everyone rushes out at 5pm to drive an hour home through New Jersey; really tough commute from New York City. Political hierarchy was always something to keep in mind and attempt to navigate through; really severe business data issues make creating next gen strategies tough in most divisions

    Advice to Management

Give less experienced people more conduits to connect with leadership and develop ideas for improving the company. Try to peel back bureaucratic layers.
