Pros – Decent benefits. HQ is a palace with easy hours.
Cons – Leadership works on high pressure to get quarterly sales, will put new team members on street with no training per se, most of the sales team are replaced 40% each year. But those who make it get paid well if they don't steal your commissions. Leadership has ways to hurt sales team and has done so regularly especially when a sales hits the managers take credit and reduce the commish
Advice to Senior Management – Some good people in leadership who mean well, yet development team has weak sales leadeship.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
