Nice facility

Cons

Senior management in hotel group lacks strategic vision and industry perspective
Hotel business operations group is resistant to change and full of inbred thinking

    Pros

Decent benefits. HQ is a palace with easy hours.

    Cons

Leadership works on high pressure to get quarterly sales, will put new team members on street with no training per se, most of the sales team are replaced 40% each year. But those who make it get paid well if they don't steal your commissions. Leadership has ways to hurt sales team and has done so regularly especially when a sales hits the managers take credit and reduce the commish

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some good people in leadership who mean well, yet development team has weak sales leadeship.
