    Pros

Great benefits, The best Christmas parties and cruise ships and really nice people.

    Cons

Did not do a good job with placing me with another Bureau.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Could do a better with reaching out to your employees that are waiting to be placed with jobs.

I have been working at XLA

    Pros

Benefits were good, salary was ok....

    Cons

Company seemed unwilling to remedy situations where there was blatant signs of employee hostility. Seemed more willing to cover it up when it was reported. Some individuals were put into PM positions without apparent necessary skillsets. PMs at times were dishonest and lacked integrity when it came to letting employees know when their task orders or contracts were coming to an end.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make integrity a prerequisite before putting PMs in place...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
