ProsLaid back, lots of products, not a bad name as far as reliability, great ramp-up commission,

ConsNot a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, no culture whatsoever, quotas are a bit high in my opinion, XO takes forever to install, customer support can be better

Advice to Senior ManagementSpeed up installations, re-think quotas for reps, enhance customer support
