Pros

Laid back, lots of products, not a bad name as far as reliability, great ramp-up commission,

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, no culture whatsoever, quotas are a bit high in my opinion, XO takes forever to install, customer support can be better

Advice to Management

Speed up installations, re-think quotas for reps, enhance customer support

    Pros

Managers give you enough space to figure things out on your own. Ability to telecommute on occasion is also a perk. All the employees I dealt with were very hospitable and easy to get along with.

    Cons

Benefits are severely lacking. There are some politics involved with certain employees getting more of the benefit of the doubt than others. LAY-OFFS! When they weren't laying people off there was always a rumor or a threat of lay-offs. There is a pay increase freeze as well - no hope for a raise anytime soon

    Advice to Management

Eliminate the pay raise freeze - Reward employees for their hard work and not who they are
