I worked at XO Communications full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Lots of opportunity for overtime.

    Cons

Overtime required, mircro managed and treat employees like factory workers or children, unless in management have no voice. Negative moral due to treatment by management. If an employee does not participate in the office gossip then they single you out and treat you bad, trying to get employees to quit or humiliate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize what really takes place in this position and recognize those that do the job well instead of the gossipers.
