    Good work environment, cutting edge technology, endless potential

    Cons

    Lay-offs, all the wrong people. That's why the company continues to have quarterly lay-offs, because the hold on to those who should be let go, and lay-off their valuable assets.

    Get a clue to what's important to the consumers of your products, and cut the waste at the upper management level.
