Good place to gain experience, but not long term

I worked at XO Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good place to learn how to work in a fast paced environment.

    Cons

Lack of communication between all departments. Especially true in your own work environment. Things are being decided without input from key players and then basically you need to shift gears.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need better communication and listen to your team. Be part of the team instead of absent until it's too late. Accountability should apply to everyone.
