Was with the company for about 6 years or so until I left for a career change. Decent benefits and salary are probably the best things I can say in hindsight.

Cons

Poor communication with management. Even worse was the employee morale for the last year and a half I was there.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees, they often have better insight into daily operations than the ineffective
managers who seem to be hired solely due to their lack of people skills.
