- company is completely debt free
- strong executive leadership
- nationwide coverage
- leader in the IP realm
- can compete with the large carriers

Cons

- expensive
- products need to fit a niche customer
- churn rate on customers is too high
- local management is not seasoned

Advice to Senior Management

overall i am very happy with the leadership team and overall direction of where the company is headed as a whole.
