Pros

Co-workers work great. Location was nice. Pay was good after the 10 hour week forced overtime.

Cons

Management sits you in their office and not only talks to you about your co-workers (when they dislike them) but tries to get you as a employee to set them up. Pushes employees to tell on their co-workers for any little thing.

Advice to Senior Management

Maybe finally take a look at the billing department and see how miserable everyone is. You have let your management crush them. If there was a manager that people actually liked, the other managers would do everything possible not only to get their employees to dislike them but to also get that manager fired. Also no one knows who senior leadership is. No one ever sees them. They never come out to meet their employees who have been working for them for years. They seem to care less what is going on in the satellite offices.
