XO Holdings – “All and all I like working for XO.”

Pros

The company is a good company to work for. It is much like a family. The company is a good LEC to work for, I worked for a few others and I really like how XO is. The group I am in has no micro manage and everything just seems to get done, with out people being told. People in the company are really nice and are a great group of people. I good thing is you get to use a company when working to go from one site to the other with gas prices it is nice not to drive personal car.

Cons

the Benefits could use some work. And could use more group communication. And a smaller budget then compared to the bigger LECs, so longer time frame for equipment.

Advice to Senior Management

Please work on getting us new trucks. and more test sets (never have enough)
