Pros

It depends on project to project. Most of it is testing company and development has less pressure.

Cons

Forced policies, Admins not employment friendly.

    I have been working at Xavient full-time

    Pros

    Can be get better if the HR or senior Management starts involving themselves & try to listen the problems of there employee.

    Cons

    There is no doubt that the brotherhood is going on in this company no matter what experience has. But the people get hired as team leads or A.Ms though they were agents in previous organisation. Also the managers or sr. Managers don't have any etiquette's to talk with there employee. Instead of informing number of times to HR department they don't take any single actions. Whether it is HR or managers everyone work as a team & not ready to listen. They don't have any policy to implement. Anytime they can change it. If someone wants to object then they have one thing to say TAKE IT or LEAVE IT.

    Try to understand the situation & stop giving wrong commitments to new employees. If you really want to grow this organisation.
