Cons

1. A bit of politics does exit, the employee who have spent a bit of time at Xchanging, themselves play a spoil sport.

I have been working at Xchanging full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The company has had its ups and down's more on the downs recently, but its fighting back against major corporate players and showing that its a company not to mess with.

    Cons

The company needs on board some more solid contracts to obtains its level in the market. The contracts that they have are good, but require more long term corporate contracts to become a major player within the market

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Save money, move your Service Management Operations offshore.

I worked at Xchanging full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

still has some brand value in london market

    Cons

Indian (Gurgaon) Senior management are all from CSC; so very strong power centre exists. One have to tow in with each and every decision of senior management. Senior management keep promoting each other. As their job is secured they absolutely do not have any vision or eagerness to increase business. Senior management are not answerable to anyone. Senior management in gurgaon are hired at abnornaly high salary. Senior management can not tolerate even an iota of criticism. Extreme nepotism. Senior manager's brother gets promotion ahead of everybody although there are other more deserving candidates. Husband takes interview of his wife.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
