I have been working at Xchanging full-time

    Pros

The opportunities available to move around the company and gain experience across a number of industries is superb. Having been through some troubled times, the collaboration and desire to turn the business around is quite something and it is fantastic to be a part of making it a success.

    Cons

Reward and recognition still out of kilter with amount of work put in by some.
