I have been working at Xchanging full-time (more than an year)

Pros

there is nothing pros in this company

Cons

first the salary which is equivalent to security guard what the people getting.
HR team is of no use
Management doing whatever suits them- Selfish guys only know how to protect them and make money without doing anything.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please behave as a human not animals

    I worked at Xchanging full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Hardly to mention:
    Flexibility to work across domain/technologies
    Ample learning oppurtunities as a new comer to IT
    You will get immediately recognised once you resign.(if you are worth it).
    anyone with a big mouth and a small brain could survive even the worst recession and even manage to get a good hike even in the worst of the economic crisis.
    HAPPY NOW I AM OUT OF THIS PLACE.HAPPILY WORKING WITH TOP LEADING CONSULTING COMPANY IN THE WORLD !! MCK :-))

    Cons

    Cons – 1. Pay Hike gradually looses out to industry standards.
    2. Very less resource .Good Resources/Project Managers not valued as per their skills and experience.
    3. Very bad and unfair HR (TED) Policies.
    4. project managers are good,but senior level management not capable enough to drive and manage the business.THEY ARE THE ONES CAUSING TOO MANY CONFUSION NOT ALLOWING MANAGERS TO TAKE ANY INDEPENDENT CALL.
    5. Favored people screwing projects @ onsite, and surviving to screw few more.
    6. lot of blame games.if made them( senior management ) sit on project manager/analysts place they can't survive for half hr.
    7.Very compressed growth.oldies staying for 20 yrs just dragging their vehicles,not capable to survive.
    8. STINKS .

    Move into the 21st Century. Reassess what you are doing and question why good staff anf talented managers are leaving in droves. Get a more global attitude

    .Please get up from your cushy seats and try connecting with the customer. This is why you are losing out to peers and also losing business.stop using bad rotten words.That proves your level and ability !!! huhhh..

    Nothing at all. No pros

    here are far too many cons of working for Xchanging. Management concerned about management only, no regards for employees. Cheap mentality. My way or the highway attitude. Lowest compensation possible in the industry.

    Too much politics.Above average attrition rate. Low employee morale coz management acts very very bossy. If you are in technical field then I would not recommend XCHANGING at all.Toooo much pressure, unethical behavior. 10-13 hrs working a day. Saturday,Sunday also working,
    Very low standard salary.All weekends one needs to work for projects which are damaged to the core. Too many issues, too many complications.

    No respect for employees, too much gossips. Gossipers get promoted .
    Good workers are not promoted. They are only demoralized.

    Intelligent people cannot survive here... Energy sucking environment. Drains your energy. Psychologically ...higher management makes you lunatic, retarded ! it will lead one to depression diseases.

    Unfortunately the problems are deeply entrenched in company culture. Right from the interview round you can begin to see the crass attitude. If you are a fresher then you may not be aware of it. But if you are moving from a reputed MNC you will notice the low grade quality right away. No advice can be given.
