I have been working at Xchanging full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Better work place if you are onsite at client location. Relocate within organisation, between India, Singapore, Malaysia. Compensation as per mid-size organisation standards.

Cons

No 13 months bonuses provided and not attractive salaries, no paid compensation work on leave/holidays. No major or large techinical projects.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at getting bigger projects and to provide better employee benefits and compensation.
