“Fun job but no more future with the top management”
Current Employee – been working at Xerox
Pros – Fun work, good solid engineering, awesome team
Cons – Top management has no vision. Only knows how to squeeze employees and customers.
Advice to Senior Management – For once, go against the flow, Figure out a way to use the incredible talented and driven development teams you still have. I bet there is a way to be competitive.
