Former Employee - Multimedia Development Manager in Wilsonville, OR
No opinion of CEO

Pros

Flexible Schedule, Big brand name.

Cons

Politics, people promoted as friends and not skills, lack of company vision and direction. No unity an communication on projects. 5 departments all building their own tools... and the tools goals are the same.

Advice to Management

Clear message of corporate direction... not hey, we are now a services company. visual posting of all corporate projects to end duplication. Organize specialty departments and not have duplicating responsibilities. Submission process for projects to get approval, funding and visibility. Remember that your value is in the workers, not the management. Clean out some of the management that is incompetent... and yet popular.
