Current Employee - Remote Solutions Analyst in Saint John, NB (Canada)

I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, great people to work with, flexible schedule.

    Cons

No raise in years, Front support is off-shored and have no idea how to do their jobs nor how to communicate with our customers effectively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start cutting in the right places. Cutting the heart of the business in engineering, field service and outsourcing to idiots that have no idea how to communicate with the Western countries are really ticking our customers off. Saving the almighty dollar to represent revenue growth does not represent success. Keeping our customers happy does.
