I worked at Xerox as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The colleagues are very easy going and the pay is above average.

    Cons

Since the company is in the midst of transferring it main business, so most projects are still unclear, which greatly lowers people's morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to how to keep the talents instead of recruiting new hire more from a workforce perspective.
