Been going downhill for years

Account Manager (Former Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

I worked at Xerox full-time for more than 10 years

ProsThe old timers are great and will love to tell you about Xerox's glory days.

ConsOne bad decision after another has left the company a shell of it's former self. Zero innovation is happening at Xerox, it's simply a long slow death. Purchasing ACS was a good move, but only prolonging the inevitable. Xerox leadership does not have the quality to convert the company to a services company. The leadership think that they can turn it into the next IBM, but really what they are heading for reduced market and excuses.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop have your internal sales force compete with the same products against agents and Global and let them focus on accounts.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
