    Pros

Interested to innovate, excellent customers, strong brand and market presence. Focused to do things very inexpensively

    Cons

Leadership is predominantly from the 2009 acquisition of ACS (Affiliated Computer Services). Goal of reducing costs takes only spreadsheet view ... no consideration of client impacts -- until it is too late.

    Advice to Management

Continue to re-invent the brand, communicate to the Street that your primary business (outsourcing) has limits for margin growth. Focus on satisfying clients in the LONG term (vs. quick hits to "keep business") and hire leaders who know how to mange PEOPLE vs. THINGs.

    Pros

I get to work from home. Self starters do well with this position and have freedoms for ensuring work is done to their liking.

    Cons

support from others can be minimal. Working virtually doesnt allow you to interact with others and learn about close collegues.

    Advice to Management

    Put practical practices in place
