Pros

Great people to work with!
The Wilsonville Team of Engineers, Techinicians and Managers are all highly skilled professionals and excellent team members.

Cons

No raises, while contibutions to health plan and co-pays increases yearly.
Always cutting research investment
Yearly layoffs are now semi yearly
Higher ups have decided to save money by outsourcing/off-shoring to India
The outsourced work quality is causing major slips in deliverables

Advice to Management

It is too late for any advise to help.

    Pros

    Interested to innovate, excellent customers, strong brand and market presence. Focused to do things very inexpensively

    Cons

    Leadership is predominantly from the 2009 acquisition of ACS (Affiliated Computer Services). Goal of reducing costs takes only spreadsheet view ... no consideration of client impacts -- until it is too late.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to re-invent the brand, communicate to the Street that your primary business (outsourcing) has limits for margin growth. Focus on satisfying clients in the LONG term (vs. quick hits to "keep business") and hire leaders who know how to mange PEOPLE vs. THINGs.

    Brand Recognition and business resources provided.

    The company is constantly experiencing major changes in direction and focus. They keep changing objectives and target markets with little concern of the impact on the staff.

    Advice to Management

    Demonstrate to your employees they are valued and not considered just a commodity.
