    Pros: Xerox brand looks good on resume, globally recognized. Company still has decent reputation to outside… Cons: Massive layoffs in last couple of years has left employee morale at an all-time low. Entire units outsourced to India, accompanied… Advice to Senior Management: Update your resumes.     Lack of competent management

    Pros: Martin Luther Kings Birthday Off, Call Center Reps are enjoyable to work with.… Cons: No pay raise in 4 years, incompetent management, clicks, no back bone… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of the clicks and act like mature responsible adults.
