I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Xerox technology has some great innovative technology that we are starting to us at Xerox Service to do Eligibility Claims processing. There are some great point solutions for BPO service that we are moving to cloud on demand service.

Cons

Xerox technology seems to still struggle with productizing it technologies. As Xerox moves from a technology company to a service company Xerox is having a lot branding issues.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a center of excellence for data analytics and smart document technology

    Work for Xerox if you desire to be used, abused and most all help the management get their highly inflated bonuses.

    Real good work life balance

    Cons

    No raises in many years and the cost of benefits get higher every year with less coverage.

    Share your bonuses with the little people who help you get them.

    I worked at Xerox full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    If you really need some money, then it's a steady paycheck

    Cons

    No work/life balance. Stress ALL THE TIME. LITERALLY.
    You will work at 6am, you will work at 11pm, you will work at weddings and funerals and vacations and when you're in the hospital. This company promises clients the world, and delivers on the backs of its employees. RUN, don't walk away. You will not find a single satisfied employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Xerox should clean house, bring in a consultant and start over.
