I worked at Xerox full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Most of the pros about Xerox have diminished over the years. I could go on and on about what used to be good. The technology and products created are all world class.

Cons

All my friends have left the company either voluntarily or otherwise. The morale is quite low. It is difficult to find a knowledge expert to help fix defects, making work difficult and frustrating. The company has been very good to me over the years but that was then, this is now.

    Great Benefits,good work enviroment,a chance for advancement , great support from personal and human resources Good holiday and vacation and personal time leave

    Cons

    The pay Structure is a achievement based compensation (ABC) so your paid my volume which and hurt you on a slow day, you never know paycheck to paycheck what your pay will be

    Pros

    Telecommuting is allowed on a full-time basis
    Multicultural workforce
    Competitive pay

    Cons

    Benefits such as vacation time and medical plans are not on par with competitors.
    Vendor training opportunities are scarce
    Limited advancement opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Since Xerox is trying to become a services company they need to invest more money into developing their employees. More money should be budgeted for vendor training.
