Great small company to work for, family owned veteran business,

ProsRelaxed atmosphere, busy days make the time fly, After a few months you can handle anything that is called in for repair.

ConsLots of clutter. No advancement possible. Almost never hiring, a family member usually steps in.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to get more organized. Work harder to keep the customers happy.

    XRX Tech (non-ACS) - An "in-the-box" dinosaur with little motivating leadership
