I worked at Xerox full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The only "pro" to this job is that once every two weeks there is a paycheck, and not a very good one at that.

    Cons

No room for advancement, no raises, pitiful benefits, huge turnover rate. They can't seem to keep people for more then a few months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer raises.

    I worked at Xerox

    Pros

Xerox Corp. finally realizing that purchase of ACS was a bad idea. Massive restructuring underway.

    Cons

    - Company wide salary and bonus freezes for the last five years.
    - Restructuring has eliminated 2,500 jobs since Q4 2012. Expect more by end of year due to recent key client contract terminations.
    - Read the fine print before taken on employment. Pay specific attention to the job offer, especially on how you will be paid and if you are considered a temporary worker vs. full-time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Swoop in and wrangle control out of the hands of the old ACS leadership. They are burying the company and it's good reputation.
    - Abolish ABC and RBS pay practices. The pay & wages class action lawsuits keep piling up (latest one filed in Texas, March 2013). It's time to rethink how call center representatives get paid.
