Pros

There is endless opportunity to take on new and challenging responsibilities. The ability to wear multiple hats with a wide range of responsibility. Lots of great people working together to make the impossible possible. Strong Mid-Level Management with talented delivery personnel.

Cons

Blanket approach to solving problems. Pay freezes, Furloughs and Highering freezes are common so as to minimize the the need for reductions in force, that is to minimize but not eliminate. Offshoring internal employees is common when possible.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the number of highly productive US based employees and reduce the layers of management.

    Pros

    Flexible hours. 401k matching finally came back after a couple of years.

    Cons

    Facts: No raise for five straight years. No bonuses. Mandatory Furloughs. No overtime. Skeleton teams. Numerous Layoffs. Jobs are being offshored from the U.S.. Lack of career opportunities and growth. Management level work from home, non existant presence in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Non responsive upper management in regards to volatile work enviroment. Needs to be addressed

    Pros

    Meeting people, potential to make some good money. This is not the place to have a career. this is the place to get experience necessary to get another job that will be a potential career.

    Cons

    stressful, things are always changing, management doesn't care about your concerns
