I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Some people are very dedicated and hard working and have vested interest in the success of the company. Very tight culture.

    Cons

Lots of complacency and employees that believe they are entitled to benefits because of their tenure. Company has been reducing head count to cut costs. Changing business model to a services model. No salary increases for last 5+ years. Benefits have been reduced.

I worked at Xerox part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Part time hours available. Great for those with disabilities. Decent training for the project I was on at least.

    Cons

No benefits for part time workers. The hours are not consistent, they change the times and amount to make sure you are under 30 hours a week.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
