    Pros

    One of the stronger companies who started as an equipment manufacturer and acquired a service provider to diversify in the last few years (ref. HP/EDS, Dell/Perot).
    Many great colleagues and dedicated employees.

    Cons

    Service delivery operations and organizations change frequently, especially on IT Outsourcing side. When organizations are restructured, cuts tend to be conducted with a dull axe, affecting both strong and weak employees. Not much effort to retain the good ones.
