    Pros

    Ability to balance family life; decent health coverage; stable company; competitive starting pay; training opportunities available and tuition reimbursement if you approach it professionally; transparency associated with being a public company.

    Cons

    Lack of cost of living adjustments; no career path; it is rare for employees to ever get off of their starting pay scale; many tiers of management; disconnection between corporate and the employees; high turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees voice. Be a leader in the industry - not a follower. Do something to retain top talent, and help employees feel like assets not liabilities.

    Pros

    Have some good people to work with but they created a one for all work place , it has been very cut throat among emp. Only the rats will survive . Very self promoting place to work . Anything to make you look good and your fellow workers look bad is the norm.

    Cons

    Hostile working conditions , harrasment and bullying is put up with . its not how you do your job its whos click your in with. If you push back you become the bad guy for standing your ground . im burnt out . ready to move on...

    Advice to Management

    take a look at your dist. Mgrs there putting to much pressure on service managers and that rolls down hill. Very stressful conditions. no support . Would like to move to another postion. service is a dead end.
