    Pros

Great employee tenure and business processes. History of leadership in the industry. The acquisition of ACS (a services company) was a positive move.

    Cons

Layoffs, attrition, and cost cutting measures are leaving employees with far too much to do. Many have reached, or are very close to, burn-out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I realize that managing costs is a reality in business today but cuts have gone too far.
