Pros

Xerox is an ever evolving corporation who understands its employees and offers opportunity to grow within. Honest and professional in all aspects.

Cons

Sr. Management could be a little more diverse. only Con is the HR department that needs to really review issues completely and not make decisions based on one side only.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue what you are doing, Xerox is world class and if an opportunity to re-join the corporation was available i would seriously consider it.

    Pros

    You have unlimited overtime available.

    Cons

    Shady management. Favoritism definitely exists in this company. Hate to say it who's sleeping with who is how promotions happen. The call center itself is disgusting. Old run down equipment. Required overtime everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more professional. Actually do your job and earn your pay. Care about your employees. Understand that work is a place of professionalism, not a place to make.friends, date your agents. You guys should grow up and realize this is not high school anymore.

    I have been working at Xerox full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Started out as very supportive, new project. Was fun sounded like some great opportunities abounded

    Cons

    Revolving door management, never know what the newest policy is, promised advancements never seem to show up for the people who really want them, seems to be lots of empty promises. Lots of promises made about schedules, etc that never came into being, Survey structure sucks, if the customer calling in rates you high, but the service they are getting from the client low, you get dinged.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your people better, advance from within as promised you would
