I worked at Xerox full-time (more than 3 years)


Free coffee, free parking, some really nice people who try to make it a pleasant place to work.


The new management is worse than the old. They don't care about their employees at all and I doubt they even know what XLS actually does. They would throw any employee under the bus before taking ownership of an issue. There is absolutely no communication in the company what so ever. Management only tells you what they want you to hear and it can change day to day, hour to hour. No work life balance. You either work 24/7-365 or consider yourself irreplaceable. No raises in a few years, no bonuses either. You can try to advance your career, but if they don't want you to, then you are stuck. Be warned, working here could ruin your career because of the negative reputation the company has in the industry. Believe me, I have run into it myself.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest some time and energy in your employees. Treat them like human beings. and give them the tools they need to do their jobs successfully.
