Pros

1) Innovative culture with the backing of Xerox Corporation.
2) Flexible work schedule - could frequently work from my home office.
3) Countless growth opportunities.

Cons

1) I left for personal reasons but I would go back if I could.
2) Sales teams are unneccesarily competitive.

Advice to Management

Help salespeople understand that they are all part of the same organization and should share common goals.

    Pros

    Generally very good people worked there with great attitudes. Most were employed there on a part time basis

    Cons

    Scheduling of shifts and allowing people to take earned leave seemed to be a problem. Management preferred to have people trade shifts

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on customer service
