My experience at Xerox was disappointing, the bottom line mattered more than the employees.

I worked at Xerox full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Call Center environment for hotwire.com, Team setting, travel site experience

    Cons

Non competitive wages, poor incentive plan, bad management. More concerns about numbers than effective training. Many training mistakes were made, lies about promised wages on application process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revamp entire supervisory staff and train right employees. Lots of potential was overlooked there.

I have been working at Xerox full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lower work very hard, but as they get a job they quit, as people are fired every quarter.

    Cons

Don't screw yourself joining here, sinking ship

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce your corporate overload on unnecessary heads, function only moving papers. Staffing Inverted pyramid, heavy upper management, and less workers below to work.
