Pros

Good people that work hard and care about their work however management does not have a clear vision nor do their share it with their employees.

Cons

Strategy that is currently in place is not yielding results and hasn't since it was put in place.

    Pros

    It is easy to get hired

    Cons

    You name it. I worked in Anderson at the Verizon project. They have the most subjective call monitoring system, there is no appeal process if they say you failed a call. 1 failed call results in a loss of $3 per hour in pay for not less than 1 month. I achieved #1 ranking in call center with 100% "Rep Resolve" and was told I failed on a call that I was never allowed to listen to and dropped from $13 per hour to $8.50. Management is weak and unqualified, promotions are political, metrics are contradictory and pay is manipulated. It's just a bad place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Start over!!

    Pros

    Very intelligent people motivated to do great things.

    Cons

    CEO considers everyone a number, layoffs all the time, instability. Other organizations has passed it by. Can't integrate the culture of Xerox and ACS.

    Advice to Management

    Get back to your roots, culture and value and you might have a chance to survive. Read your mission and vision statement and stick to it.
