I have been working at Xerox full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The People - From fellow analysts to senior executives, everyone is warm and friendly.
Work/Life Balance - Strict 9-5 job, with the opportunity to work from home.

    Cons

Salary could be higher. Also, don't see any room for improvement unless promoted, which takes a while.
Location isn't the best. Norwalk is a quiet, quaint town with lots of charm but you can run out of things to do.
You can get lost in the crowd and be seen or treated as insignificant at times

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having a successful and quick turnaround will be crucial in retaining your talent
