    Pros

    Job where you work remote. I had a great supervisor.

    Cons

    Commission plan was horrible. Had a department that would look for ways to reduce sales reps commissions.

    Take care of your good employees.

    Pros

    When I started at Xerox you were actually able to do you're job. Benifits are not to bad.

    Cons

    They state customer satisfaction is a huge priority, well its not anymore. Investors returns are the goal. You are treated as a # and you must meet the #'s set forth or get written up. The #,s are set so high it's impossible to meet them and do you're job at the same time. Not only are you trying to do youre job, 90 % of the time you are doing the work of 2 people because the #'s say you can. I did not get even a cost of living raise in 4 years while our CEO got millions of dollars in bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Put the service back in service. Xerox used to be service oriented and provided excellent service to it's customers. I believe thats how Xerox got to be the best.
