Current Employee – been working at Xerox

Pros – Opportunities to do different things, Rochester is a good place to live, compensation is fair.

Cons – Bureaucracy, diminished engineering importance. Sometimes it is unclear why Xerox chooses to promote some people over others...somewhat political.

Advice to Senior Management – Although Xerox has issues delivering products to market and relies on Fuji Xerox for much of its engineering, they should continue to strive to be better and not give up on its engineering roots.
