“It is an OK company”
I have been working at Xilinx full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Work Life balance has always been a Pro at Xilinx. Employees treat each other with respect. Compensation and benefits are ok.
Cons – The focal reviews that take place every six months create unnecessary sense of competition that ends up working against teamwork and culture. There is also no focus on employee career development.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on employee career development
