“Getting cut-throat”
I have been working at Xilinx
Pros – 1. Can get sufficient opportunities if you have the vision and can really grow techincally
2. Some good mentors present
Cons – 1. Lack of planning an d execution
2. NOT everything can be outsourced
3. Top Management please define the responsibility clearly
Advice to Senior Management – Please have more communication
