Current Employee – been working at Xilinx
Pros – Some of the best people to work with.
Still has innovation at the core.
Cons – Confusion up and down the command chain.
Clean and efficient execution still face challenges.
Advice to Senior Management – Modify performance rating system to promote team work, not back-stabbing.
Sr. management should start actively listen to the ground level workers, that's where the pain is. Find the pain, and develop plans to address the pain.
