    Pros

    Very creative environment; meritocracy; engaged senior management with geniune open door policy; good ideas rise to the top

    Minimal targeted professional development or mentoring; low key (stealth?) external marketing;

    Creative fast paced environment with entrepreneurial atmosphere; and a wide range of interesting medical devices.

    Challenging, meaningful work, that will help improve outcomes for patients.

    Global brands, a great way to work for a diverse range of leading global medical device companies.

    Cons

    Strategic Direction:The leadership struggles to set and maintain strategic direction, this has a direct impact on the teams.

    Professional Development: While they do invest in training to maintain compliance there is very little consideration for career path or growth.

    Spend some time with the teams doing the work to learn about opportunities for improvement.
