    Pros

None. They cheated me, I havn't been paid.

    Cons

I worked as a Consultant with Xoriant. My Inovice has not been paid even after reminding them for the past 2 weeks. They categorically stated that the payment will not be made. I am taking Legal Action, I am writing this review to help other folks on this site to be aware of Xoriant's practices.

Former Employee - Software Engineer in Mumbai (India)

I worked at Xoriant full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

As a first company, great flexibility to choose and work on projects and technologies.
Get a chance to learn a lot.
Management is very friendly and approachable

    Cons

Sometime project teams are not well structured and you may end up in a team where everyone is not good at coding. This puts a lot of pressure on the remaining team members.
Projects often have mis-management in terms of requirement gathering and timeline. Some project leads are no good with no technical prowess which hampers project execution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve recruitment process for candidates and leads.
Be communicative of actual timelines to clients to avoid mis-management later.
