Pros

PTO is generous, however difficult to use in a meaningful way

Cons

serious infighting, management clueless to low morale

Advice to Senior Management

start with anonymous employee survey immediately and take appropriate actions to remove obstacles preventing employees from enjoying their contribution to the success of the company.
