Good benifits if they allow you to use them. Good 401K but no matching from the company, used to have ESPP.

Cons

Current management makes it difficult to perform when they lock them selves away and only come out when it is absoluly necessarry. Management by intimidation.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of the upper level management in the Fremont SI division. They are only in it for themselves
