    Pros

Training sessions were AMAZING. There is quite a bit of responsibility given to those who are charged with the care and safety of amazing individuals. Hopefully the company will seek out the very best especially in TEMP agencies to provide the best care for our members of society.

    Cons

DSP's have way too much responsibility. They are not RN's. This method of training may be effective in the short term, but the long term problems that will come about are not cost effective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training must always be a priority
