Pros

Company is for accountants and paper pushers of the same category, good for old hands already in the company from decades ago who can expect to go on forever

Cons

Directors who are stuck in time and place is good for rejects from the united kingdom; and boot lickers from india; they are not serious about local employees

Advice to Management

get the older dead wood who take high pay and their only interest is to go on ,employ qualified saudis and get rid of the brit incompetents

    Pros

    Take minimum salary to pay expensive house rent at jeddah. at support family. no need to work honeslty sincerely, to achive my goal and organisational goal, but one who close to managers will get all benefits irrelevant to organisation behavier.

    Cons

    1]Salary increments controlled by autocratic management system. [controlled by dept manager]
    2]Organization running without HRD[Human welfare and resorse dept]
    3]Employees does not have right to ask any immoral activities[if he asks he will be terminated immediatly]
    4]Promotions not based on sales and targets, purly based on managers concern.many times managers producing false reports to managements, to bring up the dearest ones.
    5]No senior employees will be promotted .always fill the employees from the bottom level and keep promoting senior persons to next level.
    6] managers secretaris and office boys will be promotted to managerial level, but senior sales staffs remain in the same position for many years.[good example kanoo machinery division jeddah, all the secretaris are lifted up to manager levels but still senior staffs in the same position.

    Advice to Management

    What is organizational goal ? both employee and employer should purly understand and work accordingly to get benefit both sides.
    Friendly working atmosphere will increase management concepts and more productivity.
    Always be fair, and consider senior employees are asets of the organization, motivate all in same manner. and monitor all employees performance.
