I have been working at YMCA full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

YMCA of Greater Seattle and YMCA of the USA offer a wide variety of professional training opportunities, including national conferences (both YMCA hosted and industry hosted), international travel and exchange program experience and training, as well as leadership development and specific task certification/training.

Cons

Planning and managing time in order to attend conferences and trainings is imperative; time and task management will allow you to focus on learning and absorbing the most from your conference, travel and training opportunities.
