    Pros

    Nice Staff, and friendly members

    Cons

Management abuses the staff , is unethical, denies employees of their benefits, and cons them out opprotunity

    Advice to Management

The executives need to start talking to all the employees instead of the leadership team. There are so many problems going on in the branch and its all due to the immaturity and carelessness of the managers.

  2. Helpful (1)

Very rewarding, mission driving, Alot of work for little pay and little advancement

    Pros

They pay the equivalent of 12% of your salary into a retirement fund.
The mission is awesome, as well as the work and the people you serve.

    Cons

When a new executive comes on board, they pretty much like to clean house and will find a way to get you out. They expect 100% loyalty and give you none. Although they try to make it look like they love you, you will work long hard hours, year after year without a raise.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the fruit you are bearing. Losing committed directors year after year has to mean something. By their fruit you will know them. Something is wrong and you need to look further up the chain.
